Equipment Details
Computers (netbook)
![]() |
|
Each Teacher should have a computer that can connect to the various equipment parts. This allows the teacher to build their class schedule and class work at home, show on the equipment, as well as post the homework notes, etc online for students and parents to see. |
| Of course having computers for the students to use is also a need. |
Projectors
![]() |
|
With a projector, a Teacher is able to project transparency materials with class room content for the whole class to see. |
Elmos
![]() |
|
With a ELMO (Document Camera, a Teacher is able to project non-transparent materials such as original paper documents, art, books, magazines and even thin 3-Dimensional solid objects for the whole class to see. The teacher can interact with the content as well as the whole class. |
SMARTboards
![]() |
|
The SMART Board is a large whiteboard that uses touch technology for detecting user input (e.g. scrolling interaction) that are equivalent to normal PC input devices, such as mice or keyboards. A projector is used to display a computer's video output onto the whiteboard, which then acts as a huge touchscreen. The SMART Board usually comes with 4 digital writing utensils that use digital ink replacing the traditional whiteboard markers. The digital ink works by using an active digitizer that controls the PC input information for writing capabilities such as drawing or handwriting. |
| Combine the simplicity of a whiteboard and the power of a computer with a SMART Board interactive whiteboard. SMART Board interactive whiteboards bring interactivity to any environment - and most of all, they make it easy. |
Smart Class Response System

|
With Smart Class Response System, the teacher never has to wonder if students understand a lesson. They can tell the teacher instantly using the handheld remotes in this interactive response system. With the insight gained from students’ responses, the teacher can adapt lessons to suit their needs or offer extra help to those who need it. |
Airliner Slates
![]() |
|
The AirLiner wireless slate allow Teachers to teach from anywhere in the classroom. They can interact wirelessly with a SMART Board interactive whiteboard or Sympodium interactive pen display from 52 feet (16 m) away. With the battery-free tethered pen, you can control applications, write notes and highlight information in digital ink. |
Audiotronics System
![]() |
|
Audiotronics System is a classroom amplification system that includes speakers, wireless teacher and student microphones, a receiver and sensors. It works with or without a SMART Board interactive whiteboard, enabling the Teacher to present multimedia lessons, DVDs and audio files with high-quality sound. By using the teacher microphone while the TEacher moves around the classroom ensures that students can hear every word, no matter where they’re sitting. It can also encourage students to participate by giving them a microphone to ask and answer questions or deliver presentations. |
